Most Sprint clients move into Foundation, Active Cash Management, or Fractional CFO Partnership, not because we pitch them, but because the model becomes the foundation they build decisions on. From there, Countabl operates as an embedded function: running the monthly close, updating the forecast to actuals, and flagging anything that needs a decision before you have to ask. The scope typically expands as the business grows.

Access to your financial systems
Accounting software, payroll, revenue tools, and any working spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Stripe, Gusto, Rippling, or whatever your stack looks like. The exact list depends on your business; we’ll tell you precisely what we need.
One kickoff call (60 minutes)
We map your stack, document your current reporting process, and align on the first deliverable. That’s the hardest part of onboarding, and it’s ours to run.
One point of contact
Someone who can answer questions about historical transactions and flag anything unusual in the first three weeks. After that, we operate independently.

Monthly close, rolling forecast, CFO memo, founder dashboard, and direct access, delivered as one connected function. Which of these you get depends on the tier: Foundation covers the books, the close and a basic dashboard; Active Cash Management adds the rolling forecast, the live cash dashboard and the monthly CFO memo; Fractional CFO adds the board-facing work on top.
