From there, Countabl operates as an embedded function: running the monthly close, updating the forecast to actuals, and flagging anything that needs a decision before you have to ask. The scope typically expands as the business grows.

We map your stack, document your current reporting process, and align on the first deliverable. That’s the hardest part of onboarding, and it’s ours to run.
