We’ve been inside the companies we now serve, in the decisions, on the calls, across the table.
Countabl was built on the balance between long term strategy and day to day execution. Taylor brings the high level view that helps founders see what is ahead and make better decisions. Monique brings the operating discipline and detail that make those decisions hold up in the real world. Together, that balance is how we move clients from reactive finance to decision ready financial operations.

Taylor White is Cofounder and CEO of Countabl. He started in the industry in 2010 and works across accounting, finance, and advisory, with depth in financial operations, forecasting, cash management, capital strategy, and founder level decision support. A Marine veteran, he leads with an operator first approach: clean up the numbers, connect them to the decisions that matter, and give founders the clarity to know what to do next.
Taylor brings the high level, long term view of the business. He has served organizations across government, DoD, construction, healthcare, food service, and technology, which shaped his belief that growing companies deserve financial infrastructure that is practical, decision ready, and built for the way operators actually run. At Countabl, he leads client strategy and advisory across cash, runway, hiring impact, margins, and capital needs.

Monique White is Cofounder and COO of Countabl, where she leads the operational backbone behind every engagement. She started in the industry in 2012 and brings depth across forensic accounting, financial analysis, and consulting, with hands on experience inside construction, healthcare, oil and gas, and legal businesses.
Monique brings the detailed, day to day operating rhythm that keeps client work accurate, organized, and moving forward. Her strength in systems, workflows, and structure turns messy processes into decision ready financial operations. That execution pairs with Taylor’s long term view to form the balance Countabl was built on, giving founders the clarity, rhythm, and confidence to run with control.
